In short
A bespoke kitchen does not all have to be made to order, because some components can be. A made-to-order canopy, for example, can change in height, size and cornice to suit an induction hob or a range, and can be etched with the property name, so you get a bespoke job without the big price tag people expect.

What is said in the video
So, this door is not a bespoke door. This item is bespoke. So sometimes when we're dealing with bespoke kitchens and it's made to order, it doesn't all have to be made to order, but some aspects, some components can be made to order. So we've obviously had the etched name in here to name the property.
Some people love that. So it gives us a bit more control depending if they have an induction hob or a range below, obviously that canopy size changes. So we can do something bespoke in here and change the height, size, the cornice, coving aspects of it and kind of increase or decrease where needed. We can do special size frames or just even add sort of like little window boxes to the top.
So if a range hasn't got what you want, but it has sort of made to order aspects of it, then obviously certain aspects and that way you'll have a bespoke job that doesn't really necessarily come with that big price tag that people think it does.
