In short
We finalise a kitchen design in one room of our showroom, where we take the most detailed brief and present plans and renders alongside real samples. A worktop colour can look flat on a screen, so you can touch it, ask how durable or stain resistant it is, and borrow a sample to take home.

- This room is where we take the most detailed brief and finalise last-minute details.
- Samples sit alongside plans and renders so you have something to touch and feel.
- On a screen, a worktop colour can look quite flat.
- You can borrow a sample to take home and play about with.
- It is a good place to ask how durable or stain resistant a product is.
What is said in the video
This room is the room where we obtain the most detailed brief for the most perfect design, but it's also the room to finalise all those last-minute details and make sure everything's just right. Anytime that we're presenting to a customer and we've got a plan to show them and some renders, it's always really important that we use this space to draw in our samples.
So they've got something to touch, something to feel and to really visualise it because on a screen, a worktop colour, it can be quite flat. Whereas in this room, you can touch it and you can play about with it. You can borrow one to take home, to play about for yourself to see. It helps you to ask those questions about the product, how durable is it, how stain resistant it is.
Sometimes if we have family members come, that big first consultation meeting and they're a lot more comfortable in this room, we can really talk about their first impressions of design because it's really important that we have a good communication between ourselves. We're ticking all those boxes, we've got things right and anything that's not right and needs to be tweaked, we need to make sure that we can execute that.
