In short
Our advice on avoiding kitchen design mistakes: put the oven at eye level, always, so nobody crouches to pull out a hot tray. Plan where the air fryer will live before you run out of worktop, add more sockets than you think you need, and fit a built-in bin. Do not commit until you have seen it in person.

What is said in the video
These are the things you need to have at a kitchen. Oven at eye level, always. Nobody wants to be crouching down to pull out a hot tray. Think about where your air fryer's going to live before you run out of worktop. Get more sockets than you think you'll need because you're gonna use every single one of them.
A built-in bin, just do it. You'll thank yourself later. And the big one, don't commit to anything until you've actually seen it in person. What something looks like on a screen or a piece of paper and what it looks like standing in front of you are generally not the same thing.
